Access facilities at Olympia London
Find out information about accessing Olympia London below. You can find a detailed guide on the AccessAble website or by downloading the app. You can also watch this short video.
If you need a space for your car we require you to pre-book online as parking spaces are limited. Olympia London's parking tariff is applicable to all visitors.
There are eleven wide bays for Blue Badge holders in the Motorail car park at Olympia London. They can be found on the right of the car park as you enter.
If you are staying more than ten hours it is cheaper to book for a whole day in advance; this will also guarantee you a space in the car park. Please note that the wide bays are allocated on a first come first, served basis.
Most major credit cards are accepted.
Olympia London's policy is to accommodate Blue Badge Holders if practically possible.
Olympia Grand is on Olympia Way, and just a short distance from the station and car park. Olympia National entrance is at Apex corner, on the junction of Olympia Way and Hammersmith Road.
Olympia Grand and National have wheelchair lifts in the foyers for access to the exhibition floor.
Olympia West has a ramp in the foyer and passenger lifts to the upper level.
For any special access requirements or requests please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can download floorplans of each space at Olympia London using the link on the right.
Manual Wheelchair Loan
Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at Olympia London, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by emailing email@example.com. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.
For specific information about facilities available at events, please contact the event organiser.
The wellbeing and comfort of our visitors is incredibly important to Olympia London. Therefore personal support animals are normally welcome at the venue during events. However, some events may have restrictions on support animals where the event organiser has assessed that the specific nature of a show would not be a suitable environment for them. So please check with the event organiser for specific restrictions for the event you plan to attend. You can find the organiser’s website from the event listing.
Please be aware that welfare facilities for support animals are not available onsite and all owners will be fully responsible for the actions of their animal, which will need to be kept under control and on a lead or harness or in a pet carrier.
Toilets and Cloakrooms
See the venue floor plans for the location of cloakrooms and accessible toilets. All separate, accessible toilet facilities are unisex. There are also modified cubicles within the gents and ladies toilets.
Qualified first aid staff are available at all events. See Further Assistance.
Accessible taxis can be booked through Computer Cab (020 7432 1432).
Restaurants and Bars
All facilities provide services at ground level. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
