Terms and Conditions
- The promoter is Olympia Events (Olympia Management Services Ltd, company number 00238811), whose registered office is at Hammersmith Rd, London W14 8UX.
- Entries to the prize draw are made by following Olympia Events and Laithwaites Wine Festival on Facebook and Instagram.
- The closing date for entry will be 23:59 10.05.2024. After this date/time, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
- The prize is three main room tickets to Laithwaites Wine Festival any day between 17th - 18th May.
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Olympia Events staff and you must be 18+ years old to enter.
- The winner will be notified by email on 11.05.2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner by random draw through a computer process.
- The promoter will notify the winner of how the prize can be redeemed by email.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
- The winner agrees to use their name for their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- By entering this prize draw, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Olympia Events also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside its control.
